The Summer Salt Celebration

You come upon what seems to be a small town built on the surfaces of large lily pads floating in Lagoon. You see various buildings scattered about in this town and various humanoids walking around going from building to building. I approach one of them and ask hello. What's going on here today? Seems like there might be some celebrating happening. There's a party. I hear music and celebrations. Barney's milky milky. He's on the hands again. Gross.
