Vinod: Delusional thinking is just dreamers who haven't found the doers around them to be able to bring that dream to fruition. He says once you have it pretty clear and it aligns, then the next part about it is finding people with alignment. Vinod: Most of the times, there's one, two, three, four people already in your current ecosystem that are potentially going to be aligned to that dream.
