CPAO2 greater than 100 millimeters of mercury can be maintained indefinitely using transtrachial ventilation with pure oxygen through the catheter. A circle system is not going to be able to generate enough pressure because now you're on the low pressure side of the machine, which I think at the highest is 1, 5, 15 PSI. So then E is the presence of this tumor, a contraindicated jet ventilation via cryothyroidotomy. And D is emergency surgical tracheostomy would have improved the likelihood of survival.
