Introduction
Mood of meditation is one of a friendliness, kindness. We can establish that mood through our whole body by imagining and sensing a wide, open sky filled with the curve of a smile. Sensing the eyes, in the outer corners of the eyes lifted up, so that smile spread through the eyes. Also at the lips, sense the inside of the mouth, smiling.
