How to Gauge a Recession in the Economy

The average going into recessions of a lift and claims from a trough is only 20% when I hear people say there's no way it could possibly be a recession with a three and a half percent unemployment rate. The leading indicators have sunk like a stone for 15 months we want to bring the market into the discussion your research has found that bear markets typically arrive at the actual start of a recession or slightly pre-seed it whereas the National Bureau of Economic Research announces a recession start on a lag.
