The first time we proposed something that didn't get over the line, probably because it didn't really fit that model. So even that, you know, as an example of something you're having to navigate and somewhere trying influences even the way governments form partnerships with us. It's just been a fascinating kind of 18 months, 24 months of that from that aspect. And so perhaps rather than speaking today, the seeing the final picture in Boston, like what are some of the the smaller steps that you've taken?
