The Importance of Communication in Capitalist Economy
In prior to the 19th century, having clear any efficient speech on what I call fluency speech that doesn't have any ticks or repetitions or slurs, is perfectly rational and transparent in its meaning. But within the 19th Century, there's this ground swell of social urgency that came around the day that having a letter and articulate population in general is a good thing. And we can trace this with Foucauldian story here of making everyday subjects more communicable and articulate is a way to overall increase the power that all these ametic collies and other industries have over the bio-pul first time.
