The Importance of Location in a Company
I know back in the 80s you'd hear about Silicon Valley, you wanted to be there to rub elbows with everybody. Has the internet diminished that geographic need? Are you picking these talents up from all over or was there any kind of a geography involved where you are all in a certain city or things like that? Well, remember we were born in January of 2020. So now we are intentionally hiring locally. There are some roles we are asking to relocate. Other roles we're saying do not need to relocate and we will find the best people depending on what they are.
