God's Presence Amidst Sorrow and Injustice

What a delight it was to have Dr. Cheryl Bridges Johns with us last night at All Souls Knoxville to lecture on her recently released book, “Re-Enchanting the Text: Discovering the Bible as Sacred, Dangerous, and Mysterious.” I read this book as soon as it came out and so look forward to interviewing Dr. Johns about it in the near future. In the meantime, I hope you are inspired by her lecture. We sure were!
