The Bitcoin FinEx hack coins moving was done by the government as they are alleging that a husband and white couple hacked them. Court documents show that there's an additional 300 million that they haven't recovered, which are probably in offline wallets. So it's kind of a crazy story, especially if you've seen any of the rap videos from the woman. But it makes total sense.
