How to Measure the Usefulness of a Bot

One of the metrics you look for is that the bots that get built are useful to people, which I really like because that gets to the heart of the matter. How do we measure the usefulness of something? It kind of is helpful to break that down into like useful for what? And so if you're asking like a cooking chatbot, is it useful in the sense that it like helps make people better chefs, right? Is it useful in avoiding sort of potentially catastrophic errors in the kitchen? Like you could measure that, pick some specific goal of like, is it Useful towards this goal? Then you can kind of figure out a way to like measure like, did it actually improve that
