What Is One Action I Can Take in Service of This Fearful Longing?
The most important thing i want you to do is take a concrete action. Any action, any action, in service of whatever your ultimate goal is and mean literally at this very moment. We have to teach ourselves via witnessing these very spur of the moment actions. And over a very short amount of time, we reach a ratio of action that is greater them that ratio of inaction.
