In the book of esther, we have the experience of a woman who does something at a redemptive level on behalf of others that is not tied to motherhood. She transforms her predicament and her situation into a scenario where she brings tremendous blessing and benefit to her people. It wasn't what she set out to do, but she herself evolves overtime. There is another side to the story, god being hidden. In this text, he is present. And i hope that our discussion as demonstrated the ways in which god was present in esther's life,.
