The Importance of Non-Traditional Experiences
In college I was the editor in chief of our yearbook so I had literally something physical to present at meetings. Even when I was interviewing for tech jobs, my very first question was "what do you know about non-traditional experiences" and that's where you can tell some of the best stories. So yeah those non-linear those non- traditional experiences honestly are the most interesting because they're different from what everybody else has. And then connecting that to the way that we learn about customer needs by building trust and creating space for them to tell us what they need.
