It seems like the open source models are just going to happen and nobody can stop them. And yes, they might not be literally bleeding edge, but maybe they're only six months or a year behind. So it seems like this sort of approach of we're going to keep it safe by putting it behind the API and monitoring it just doesn't seem to be like that's going to work.
