What Does This Mean for Gay Marriage?
A lot of controversy has ensued over what are the lot rights that you possess that aren't specifically din the constitution? Cause we know there are some, bcause the constitution says there are some. Which ones are they? And that's where you get this idea of what's called substantive due process, which sort of, the fourteenth amendment is used as a hook. That's where the abortion right comes from in row. So that's why, when people look at this decision and they say, wait a minute, if you're going to overrule row, what does this mean for all the other cases that have been decided under this same fourteenth amendment framework?
