The Difference Between Tributeive Possession and Predicative Possession

Some languages make the distinction between alienable and inalienable even in the predicate situation. The number of languages that don't have a verb for have has always been surprising to me. In Navajo, you simply say the idiom I have a book is expressed with what means my book exists. Russian or some other Slavic languages do weird things differentiating a data from a genitive in possession.
