What Does Federalism Mean?

Federalism doesn't mean that the states just get to do whatever they want. It's written under the assumptiontht this will be reviewed in courts. The intent of the legislation is to specifically practise what our founders would have called interposition. This is where a lesser magistrate interposes between constituents and an entity attempting to impose upon their constitutional freedoms and liberties. And so what rondesantus is practising here is aggressive interposition. He is doing this with the intent of thwarting the federal government's ability to impose this ocean mandate on you, should someone else later on lift the current stay against it.
