Do You Have a Calling?
The book is about having a calling, knowing your why before you tackle the systems. Even if you have a job, you probably don't want to be buried by busy work at that job. So i definitely think it can help. And listen, there's no judgment and nothing wrong if you see who see it as a job. It almost doesn't matter the job, because it's playing a functional role.
