The Consistent Teaching of Christ and His Church

Tribulation is basically the opposition that comes from within. This happens every time that my vision for my life comes into conflict with God's vision of my life. In our culture, there's so many moments where you and I have this choice. Most often, this tribulation comes to us in the area of sexual ethics. There's also worldly anxiety in the lure of riches. The last two oppositions, what does Jesus say they do? They choke out our relationship with God.
