The Long Transmission Line Down to North Queensland

Jaz: So much to talk about here in North Queensland, which I've touted has been great for wind and of course, there's been absolutely no wind, but very hot. It's so hot that we don't get enough mail tortoises, which is going to be a problem one of these days. But anyhow, it continues on with this comments about eraring, saying not very happy about closing down in August 2025,. talking about all options still being on the table, including buying out eraring. Jaz: There's some expectation in the market that maybe one or two units might be extended for another summer if weDon't get enough renewables and storage built.
