How Did You Get Into Programming in Python?

Python allows data scientists to get certain types of computation out there in a way that people can interact with. I'm very excited to talk about it, where it came from, some of the technology inside of it and whatnot. But let's get started with your story. How did you get into programming in Python? My story is that it's never too late to become a programmer.
