The Importance of Goals in Organizational Development
I think whenever people say they need goals, I think this is probably the most direct way to say it. Goals should be stated as a condition not An outcome of an activity Not as an action or an activity itself But then that goes to and again the analytics is used effectively by everyone in the organization. And then you you see whether or not you're successful.
