How can sales leaders align incentives so that salespeople can be creative? I think ultimately, bullpen can gamify things a lot more effectively than they currently do. If you can make 10 people laugh, we're going to give you 100 points. Or if you can evoke a smile and you can hear it through the phone, out of somebody before they hang up,. Not interested, but at the end, if you can at least get them to smile or something that again, creates a trigger moment.
