How to Advance Faster in Your Career

I was listening to a different podcast today, a psychology podcast. And they were talking about this idea you need to spend 10,000 hours doing something to like truly master. So it's actually fortuitous. But the topic in this podcast was basically that's actually not true at all. Some people tend to advance much faster than others.
