Be Friendly, but Not Overly Friends With Your Clients

When your building relationships, be friendly, but not necessarily your prospects friend. Seek to understand two thirds of the time. Let the prospect, let the customer talk. Remember, your goal is to solve their problem, not necessarily tell em everything they want to hear. For every deal you lose because you're too enthusiastic, you'll lose 50 because you're not enthusiastic enough. You use an analogy, like a death star, but don't blow it up like alderan. So how many calls do i make? How many are too many? Should i leave a voice male people listen to voice mells any more? Do they?"
