The Magio Brothers' Trial

Brothers Andrew and Jacob Magio found their sister-in-law's body in a pool of blood. Their brother Joseph was clinging to life, but by the time they arrived he'd lost his struggle with death. Detectives scoured the property for evidence including a bloody axe that had belonged to Joseph Magio. They also discovered a second weapon, a stainless steel straight razor found in the neighbor's rose trellis.
