The Problem With Translation in the Supreme Court Reporting Court
Mark Whitaker: Did we see in the past year 100 pieces of good, longitudinal, thoughtful storytelling about the EPA or gun laws that are being struck down around the country? He says one of the weaknesses of the Supreme Court reporting court is that there's always an argument on the other side. Whitaker: Just because you can make an argument on both sides doesn't mean both arguments are equally good.
