Public information to me is any information that I can get access to where I don't have to engage with a human being so I can look at CRM data. Then you switch into private data private data the one-on-one conversations I have with someone on the other hand and I just ask some general questions like how do you bring in customers what would you like to? It's through those questions and through those comments you start to identify does the rep actually have a process or are they more relationship driven than forecasted, he says.
