Women's Revolt in the Middle Iron Age
There were other women warrior leaders among the British tribes right? Well there was Cartimandua who is in a different position because she was very pro-Roman. I think it is the gender of voodoo curve that keeps her rebellion in the Roman mind same as it was for Cleopatra and would be two centuries later for Zenobia in Syria. Women who stand up against Rome stand out therefore their actions are recorded in more than one history. This is also the year the year that the Budikan rebellion breaks out - so you might just feel the druid through the argin.
