Bitcoin maximalism is correlated with intelligence, but also with distrust in the system. It is easier to reach Bitcoin maximalism if you are already primed for it via a preexisting distrust of the system. The current represents representational skew towards Trump supporters who share a distrust of the establishment. Those with high intelligence and trust in the systems ability to work are very unlikely to subscribe to either Bitcoin maximalism or Bitcoin monism.
