Is There a Market for Opioid Overdoses in the US?
Between 1999 and 2019 in the USA alone nearly half a million people died from overdoses involving opioids. In Scotland, that was 1,330 people died from drug overdoses involving opioids in 2021. One of the weirdest things that came out when we were researching this is how under-invested this section of the market is. It might just be that people are like walking on these kind of products and technologies, but they've not quite reached their like go-to-market point yet.
