The Roads Sentence

There's been confusion in some of what I've heard in commentary about how the special counsel regulations work suggesting that Garland has no role. That's not how they work. There's an obligation of the special counsel, much like the same obligation that US attorneys have to send up an urgent report before any significant development or major development in a significant case. But it's not like it's not okay for Merrick Garland to be able to review this decision.
