How to Communicate Burnout to Your Congregation
Do all you can do it as unto the Lord. It just, doing whatever you're doing is under the Lord. The things that don't get done, don't sweat them. And then I think you, Brian with that, if I may say, just piggyback in what you're saying, you may need to communicate that to the congregation. Do without whining, do it in a way that's not sounding self-serving and doesn't sound like complaining.
