In one of your other blok boats, you mention that when you were in charge of a team, you one of the mistakes you thought you it was to be too transparent. Can you tell me more about this? Yes. A, i think you kind of have to learn what each individual person is able to a kind of like process and bear and bear themselves. And n so i learned a lot about not communicating, you know, struggles down, but just communicating struggles up.
