The Low Hanging Fruit of Driverless Ships

CNN's John Defterios says he has never heard of driverless boats. But they've been doing some trials, and it does seem like "low hanging fruit" The main problem is that you need to know two days in advance when you want to stop a ship because inertia means stopping quickly isn't an option.
