Will Farrell auditioned for "SNL" in New York. He says he was a little nervous, but his dad gave him baseball metaphors to help with the nerves. The first day of auditions is like a performance test that determines whether you're going to end up playing to the live audience or if you'll play to the camera. Will: I did the exact same audition I did in LA and everybody told me they weren't going to laugh.
