"You've got to be able to laugh. You have to because otherwise you're just going to get mad all the time," he says. "I can't tell you how many times where now, especially, you know, after all these years, are you a muter or a blocker? If you see something you don't like on Twitter, do you mute or block?" He adds that self-explanning is an important part of his job and it's not about talking other people but finding your own voice.
