We're Fighting a Tapeworm

We are paying 17 % of gdp for health care, and no major country is more than 11%. So it a, ah, we've laid out more money and gotten a poor result in terms of this particular pandamic. Is there a point at which berkshire becomes too large to manage? And should we have any concern over the lack of information from most of berkshire's companies?
