Is There a Theory of Change in Biodiversity?

In the last 10 years, we've seen an uptake of biodiversity as a fundamental concept on equal footing with climate change. We're seeing many national governments, but crucially sub-national governments and cities, municipalities also engaging in the biodiversity agenda. If we carry that momentum forward, then we're going to see successes. But we must be realistic that that takes a whole of society approach.
