Singing has saved my life. I can really sit in sadness as you might have guessed, but I can get out of it pretty easily too often by singing. My mother and Aunt Anna McGarragal did some music for some kids' movies in the 80s and 90s. And they had me sing a couple of songs for the credits and things like that.
