The Importance of Edward in Restoring Henry's Rule
How important was he and his relationship with his father in restoring Henry's rule? It was vital. The contrast between royal policy from October November, December 1263 onwards, and the contrast when Henry was in charge during his recovery of paranpto 60 won is quite remarkable. I do think it's one of the best stories of medieval history though that his escape is one of the greatest tales. And Edward again was central to winning the final war too. He calls the shots and they really are shots.
