Many people thrive on a raw vegan diet. Organic food has more nutrition. Soy fods like tophu and tempe have the closest nutrition or profile to animal protein. Foods are really, er underrated. They are a complete source of amino acids,. essentially meno acids, anyway. And yet they're a pretty decent a source of nutrition. Wonderful, more than fruit.
