Is There a Community Beyond Just a Neighborhood?
In Singapore, domestic helpers are given one day off a week and have their passport. There's also an open towards screening and the agents being more involved right in just place. This is what speaks to my earlier point about looking at community beyond just a neighborhood. Really a community of teachers, classmates, colleagues, relatives, friends. And that means that we're probably picking out this science a lot, a lot earlier.
