Harbor Group's Prognosis for the Year 2022

Harbor Group buys the things that others either can't do or they don't want to do. We bought last year Parkline Miami, a big deal, $435 million transaction. This is a new property built over the new Brightline rail station in Florida. There were even things in terms and there that I had never heard about before but our transactions group did a great job.
