In some cases we expect there to be an overlap of general pandemic preparedness and preparation or prevention or response to worst case scenarios but do they sometimes come apart? There are a couple of interventions where that might be the case. The first one you alluded to is this idea of refuges I know you had Ajay Kapoor on to talk a little bit about this which um is roughly the idea of ensuring that if there is a pandemic that or biological event that spun completely out of control that it won't reach truly existential or extinction level by having some kind of built refuges into which parts of civilization could retreat.
