How to Have a Challenging Conversation

The hats concept was that people display behaviors in a similar way that they wear a hat. But similarly that you can take a hat off, somebody can actually change their behavior. The Viking helmet tends to be the one that perhaps we most comes to mind when we talk about difficult conversations because it's either the passive aggressive or the aggressive person. On the flip side, we've got the coaching type of conversation, that somebody is wearing a hard hat or somebody wearing a graduate cap.
