Gody Holmes: I think it's important to have at least a standard of professionalism that you send to your customers. It makes people perform better and feel better when they're part of something that has high standards. While the uniform isn't going to get you all the way into the end zone in terms of team cohesiveness, it's a good place to start. "I'm assuming that this person wants to make their facility much higher-end," he says.
