I like to talk about failure because failure is like, OK, right? And I'm just curious, can you tell us a story, perhaps of what's been the biggest one? Yeah, so I've had I went through quite a period of failure and I called it the Curse of Joe. So any project I worked on, I worked for quite a big prestigious design agency,. I reckon with some great clients. It was just it got ridiculous to the point where it's just pretty much every project was just destined to never see the light of day.
Joe Leech shows us how psychology helps frame what we’re seeing in user research. He articulates why the superpower we need is understanding how business works. He inspires us get out of our seat and talk to executives in the organization more about the business. He also challenges us to not just always be shipping, but always be shipping the right things.
