The smartest founders somehow kind of innately get this. Like, they don't want to sit in a room of 30 people when they're trying to figure out a really hard problem. The highest quality founders have just such high standards for who they want to work with that it's like so challenging to find. Over hiring leads to hire burn leading to lower runway.
